We needed a new battery since we had to be jumped earlier. We dropped our truck off at Kinstles and they returned it to us after new battery was installed. Great service.

I had ahood latch that didn't want to latch.I called and explained my problem and was told to bring it in. So on a Monday morning, with no appointment, I took it in. They took it into the shop and fixed it quickly. So I was able to get my wife to her physical therapy appointment on time. I couldn't have expected more!!! .

Jeff was excellent. Took my car for a drive to see if we could replicate what I was experiencing. Of course, we couldn’t but he found another issue that he suspected could have been related so they fixed that. All good!
